Onetia Cutts is a devoted mother to her adult son and grandmother, minister, teacher, entrepreneur, and Alignment Coach. She is the founder of Renewed Destiny, an online teaching ministry that empowers others to grow spiritually and begin again—renewed, refreshed, and restored through the Word of God.
She is also the visionary behind The Pivot Place- Naomi's Circle a transformational coaching hub helping women who feel overlooked, stuck, forgotten, behind, in transition, or starting over pivot into their next chapter.
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, Onetia also serves in the marketplace by helping individuals and families protect what matters most while building financial security and peace of mind.
A Spirit-led voice in both ministry and the marketplace, Onetia teaches Mondays on FB, and YouTube through Monday Night Manna, host Sisters at the Table, co-hosts The Believer’s Table, and leads the heartfelt Sistah to Sistah platform.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Onetia brings years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and coaching. She is passionate about equipping women to walk in divine alignment, unlock their God-given purpose, and move confidently from delay into destiny.
With degrees in Business Administration and Christian Leadership, along with certifications in Life Coaching, Christian Counseling, and Mental Health & Wellness, Onetia blends education, experience, and revelation to guide others in discovering their gifts, breaking free from stagnation, and stepping into a renewed, purposeful life.

Monday Morning Devotional - 9/7/26
When God Calls You Away From the Noise
Scripture:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 (NKJV)
Sometimes stepping away is not quitting—it is obedience.
During the month of August, I intentionally took a break from Facebook. I needed to quiet the noise, reset my focus, and make room to hear God more clearly. In that time away, I realized that outside responses and distractions had begun to compete for too much of my attention.
But God met me in the stillness.
He began to minister to my heart, answer questions I had not spoken aloud, and bring clarity to places only He knew were unsettled. There is something powerful about pulling away from the noise long enough to hear what God has been trying to say.
He reminded me that my assignment is not measured by what I can see, but by my obedience to what He has called me to do. People are watching, even when you cannot see it. Someone may be encouraged by your consistency, strengthened by your faith, or learning from the way you continue to show up and obey God.
We must be careful not to allow comparison, competition, distractions, or the opinions of others to pull us away from our purpose. God has placed something specific inside of each of us to carry. We cannot abandon the assignment simply because the response looks different from what we expected.
God’s instruction was simple: Do what I told you to do—whether it is for one person, five people, or one hundred. Obedience is the key.
He also reminded me to value and celebrate those He has placed in my life with pure hearts and pure intentions. There are people who genuinely care, pray, encourage, and stand with you. Treasure those connections. Do not spend so much time focusing on the noise that you overlook the people and the purpose God has already placed before you.
There are times when God will call us away from the noise so He can correct us, direct us, heal us, and bring us into a deeper place of surrender. His correction is never meant to leave us wounded; the Holy Spirit corrects us with love and restores us with care.
As you begin this week, keep your eyes on God. Stay the course until He releases you from your assignment. What He placed in you is still valuable, even when the response is unseen.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for loving us enough to call us away from distractions and into Your presence. Help us to quiet the noise, hear Your voice clearly, and remain faithful to the assignment You have given us. Keep our hearts pure, our focus steady, and our eyes fixed on You. Remind us that obedience matters more than visible results. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Manna for the Week:
I will not be moved by the noise around me. I will stay focused on God, honor the assignment He has given me, and obey Him with a pure heart.

A Minister, Teacher, Entrepreneur, and Alignment Coach, she is also the visionary behind Renewed Destiny, an online ministry that empowers others to begin again—renewed, refreshed, and restored through the Word of God. With a background in business, leadership, and life coaching, Onetia blends faith, strategy, and personal experience to equip women to walk in divine alignment and unlock their God-given purpose. Her greatest joy is guiding others to break free from delay, rediscover their worth, and birth what God has placed inside of them.

Priscilla L. Jackson is a licensed and ordained minister with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; a Master of Arts in Human Relations, Concentrating in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Christian Education. She has 35 years of ministerial experience, 34 years of marriage and 25 years of higher education counseling. Ms. Jackson is a competent coach in : Higher Education, Grief, Pre-marriage and Christian life.
