About Onetia Cutts
Onetia Cutts is a devoted mother to her adult son and grandmother, minister, teacher, entrepreneur, and Alignment Coach. She is the founder of Renewed Destiny, an online teaching ministry that empowers others to grow spiritually and begin again—renewed, refreshed, and restored through the Word of God.
She is also the visionary behind The Pivot Place, a transformational coaching hub helping women who feel overlooked, stuck, forgotten, behind, in transition, or starting over pivot into their next chapter. A Spirit-led voice in both ministry and the marketplace, Onetia teaches weekly on TikTok, FB, and YouTube through Monday Night Manna, co-hosts The Believer’s Table, and leads the heartfelt Sistah to Sistah platform.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Onetia brings years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and coaching. She is passionate about equipping women to walk in divine alignment, unlock their God-given purpose, and move confidently from delay into destiny.
With degrees in Business Administration and Christian Leadership, along with certifications in Life Coaching, Christian Counseling, and Mental Health & Wellness, Onetia blends education, experience, and revelation to guide others in discovering their gifts, breaking free from stagnation, and stepping into a renewed, purposeful life.

Every Monday, I share a short, Spirit-breathed word to nourish your soul for the week ahead. Just like God sent fresh manna to the Israelites each day in the wilderness, He still provides exactly what we need — right on time.
My prayer is that these devotionals will feed your faith, strengthen your spirit, and remind you that you’re not overlooked, forgotten, or finished.

Divine Realignment: When God Gently Reorders
Our Steps

Scripture:
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
— Proverbs 3:6
Devotional Reflection
Divine realignment is not punishment.
It is not rejection.
It is not God pulling away.
Divine realignment is God lovingly adjusting our steps so our hearts stay aligned with His purpose.
Sometimes realignment happens quietly — without warning, without spectacle, without explanation. We may still be serving. Still showing up. Still being faithful. Yet God begins to fine-tune our pace, our focus, or our posture.
Not because we are wrong —
but because He is leading us forward.
Realignment Often Feels Like Stillness, Not Stopping
We often expect divine direction to feel dramatic — a big door opening or closing. But more often, realignment feels like:

clarity without urgency
-
peace without answers
-
steady obedience without visible results
God may not remove you from what you’re doing — He may simply reorder how you carry it.
And peace is usually the signal.
When God Realigns, He Preserves Peace
Realignment from God does not produce fear or confusion.
It produces a settled knowing.
You may not have all the details.
You may not see immediate outcomes.
But you sense that God is near — guiding, covering, steadying.
If peace remains, alignment remains.
God does not realign His children by shaking their identity.
He realigns them by strengthening their trust.
Realignment Is About Direction, Not Performance
Divine realignment is not about doing more —
it’s about doing what matters most.
It’s God asking:

“Is your heart still yielded?”
-
“Are you listening for My voice?”
-
“Are you willing to follow even without clarity?”
Realignment often brings us back to simplicity — presence, obedience, faithfulness.
And sometimes, realignment confirms:
“Stay steady. Keep building. I’m ordering your steps.”
A Gentle Invitation
Instead of asking:
-
“What should I fix?”
-
“What did I miss?”
-
“Am I behind?”
Ask:
-
“Lord, what are You aligning in me?”
-
“What are You refining in this season?”
-
“How can I stay yielded while You lead?”
God realigns to protect purpose, not to remove it.
Prayer
Father,
I surrender my steps, my timing, and my expectations to You.
If there is anything in my heart or direction that needs adjustment, guide me gently.
Thank You for realignment that brings peace, clarity, and trust.
Help me stay yielded, faithful, and attentive to Your leading.
I trust You to order my steps.
Amen.
Declaration
Speak this aloud if you can:
I welcome divine realignment.
I trust God to order my steps.
I will not rush the process or fear the pause.
God is leading me with peace and purpose.
Reflection Question
Where do you sense God gently adjusting your focus, pace, or direction — not to stop you, but to align you?
Salvation
You are in the right place—this is your moment to renew your destiny, just like I did many years ago by accepting Jesus into my heart.
God promises in Jeremiah 29:11 that He has “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” And in 2 Corinthians 5:17 we are reminded that, “If anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation: the old has gone, the new has come!”
It’s time to put away the old and step into the new. It’s time to pivot into your God-given purpose.
Prayer of Salvation
If you’re ready, pray this from your heart:
Lord Jesus, I come to You today just as I am. I believe You died for my sins and rose again so that I could have new life. I ask You to forgive me, wash me, and make me new. I open my heart and invite You to live inside of me. From this day forward, I declare that I am saved, I am forgiven, and I am a child of God. In Jesus’ name, Amen.🙌🏾🙌🏾
